With over a hundred wine farms and dozens of restaurants to choose from we really need 3 days BUT you decide. Interested in Cape architecture then we can stroll along Main Street Paarl and visit the Afrikaans Language monument. Then there is the crocodile farm, butterfly world and the Lion Park to tempt you.

I should make a walk around Stellenbosh compulsory – there is so much to see – white Lions? BUT it’s your choice. I almost forgot – olive oil tasting, that’s different. Horse riding – bird watching – game drive it’s all possible.

Franshhoek, the valley of the Huguenots, is the gourmet capital of AFRICA. We can visit, taste and leave but if you have time I always recommend staying the night.
