I like to start with a Castle tour, the oldest building in sub-Saharan Africa, the place where South African modern history began. From there we move on:

• The Grand Parade and City Hall
• Up Adderley Street turning into Green Market Square then on to the Company Gardens
• Long Street with its Bohemian restaurants, antiques & old book shops then a drive.
• Up to Signal Hill overlooking Table Bay and out to Robben Island.
• The Bo-kaap – walk along the quaint cobblestone lanes and historic houses
• District Six Museum then onto District Six – the wilderness.

There are numerous museums, galleries, churches and shops we can pop into. It all depends upon YOUR needs and time. YOU decide.

A very special Cape Malay lunch can be organised in a private Bo-kaap house.
